Energy in Data welcomes all visitors to its website, energyindata.org. Energyindata.org was created for the purpose of promoting the Energy in Data conference and ancillary events.
This page contains the Terms of Use for anyone who is accessing the energyindata.org website (hereinafter referred to as "you", "your", or "users"). By using this website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Use. SEG may amend the Terms of Use at any time by updating this page.

Energyindata.org is jointly owned by the partnership between Society of Exploration Geophysicists (SEG), the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), and the American Association of Petroleum Geologists (AAPG), operated by SEG on behalf of the partnership, and is protected by copyright. You are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, retransmitting, or using in a commercial manner any of the information or materials provided on energyindata.org without the prior written consent of SEG. You are authorized to download a copy of information or materials provided on energyindata.org for personal, non-commercial home use as long as you do not remove or obscure the copyright or other proprietary notice.
Third-Party Information
Energyindata.org may provide hyperlinks to websites maintained by third parties. Energy in Data has no control over third-party websites and does not necessarily endorse the content of linked websites.

Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma without regard to the conflicts of law rules thereof. Any legal action, suit, or proceeding with respect to this Agreement or your use of the energyindata.org website shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction in Tulsa County, Oklahoma, United States of America.
Termination
SEG reserves the right to terminate energyindata.org or any of its services at any time. In addition, SEG may terminate your right to access energyindata.org or any of its services for any violation of these Terms of Use or any applicable law at any time without notice.
